Directions: Squirt or squeeze (c. 2 ounces) solution directly into vagina (while sitting on toilet or in the bath tub or standing in the shower). Solution should flow freely out of vagina. DOUCHING (Optional): Add c. 2 ounces of solution to douche bag 3/4 filled with water.
