Wheat germ oil is excellent for preventing and aiding in the treatment of dry, rough, and/or aging skin because of its antioxidant properties. Wheat germ oil also stimulates tissue regeneration. It is an excellent source of Vitamin E and should be used in place of Vitamin E (which is man made as there is no Vitamin E tree or plant on Earth, just plants that contain Vitamin E).
Wheat gem oil also contains Vitamin A, Vitamin D, B-Complex, essemtial fatty acids: Linoleic acid and Oleic acid; lecithin, carotenoids, minerals, protein and squalene.
Wheat germ oil can be used to cpmbat the oxidation process of skin cells which is due to free radical atoms that occur because of exposure to damaging environmental factors such as pollution, cigarette smoke, and sunlight. Free radicals are very reactive and are implicated in premature aging and various forms of cancer.
Wheat gem oil is a great source of Oleic and linoleic acid which are very soothing for skin and can be a great conditioner for hair. The oil is also good for reducing stretch marks, scars, and relieving sun burn.
Virgin wheat germ is a sensitive oil that is vulnerable to rancidity when exposed to extreme temperatures and oxygen.

Directions: Rub a moderate amount of oil into skin and/or hair, or, mix with another oil to dilute the concentration and apply to skin or hair. Use daily or as needed.
